Roger is a native of N/W
Louisiana and has been active
in the Real Estate Industry
since 2002. He began in the
residential real estate arena,
and transitioned into
commercial real estate in
2008.
Over the course of his career,
he has structured close to 200
residential acquisitions and
roughly $6.7-Million in
commercial real estate
projects. Including a state
funded boy’s home (Willow
Bend), a mini-storage
development, an RV park, a
mobile home park, a sports
bar, and two golf course
development deals.
Due to his work on Willow
Bend Center in Tyler, Texas, his
company was the subject of
several newsprint articles in
both the Tyler Morning
Telegraph and the Kilgore
News Herald. As well as being
featured on the CBS evening
news.
In the early 2020’s he served
as a Lobbyist in Washington
D.C on behalf of the Seller-
Finance Coalition, working

directly with Mike
Johnson, who is now
Speaker-of-the-House.
He has learned under
various mentors including
Ron LeGrand, Lou Brown,
and Scott Scheel. Taking
what he learned from
each of these Titans, he
has assembled quite the
resume of success, with a
few bumps and bruises
along the way.
In 2004, he was featured
in a book written by Ron
Legrand How to Be a
Quick-Turn Real Estate
Millionaire.
In 2012, he was flown to Los
Angeles where he appeared
on the nationally syndicated
talk show, Grow with Edward
Earle.
SB Magazine, a regional
newsprint publication, ran a
feature article on him entitled,
Men in Business.
He has made multiple
television appearances on a
regionally broadcast show,
Loving Living Local, discussing
the various components of his
Residential Redevelopment
Business Model.
Finally, by systematizing his
operations, he has been able
to successfully replicate his
business model across the
country through a Joint-
Venture arrangement. The
Common Man Plan is his most
successful venture yet. Roger
